About the Firm:

Clark Hill PLC and Thorp Reed & Armstrong, LLP recently announced an agreement to merge the two firms, each with more than 100 years of history.  The firms expect the merger to close in the second quarter of this year.   The combined firm includes more than 300 attorneys in a wide variety of practice areas. Commercial & Real Estate Finance Associate – Pittsburgh, PA

Clark Hill Thorp Reed's Pittsburgh office is seeking a Mid-Level Lateral Associate with at least 5 years of experience for its Commercial & Real Estate Finance Practice Group.  All candidates must have experience handling commercial and real estate finance transactions. Labor & Employment Associate - Pittsburgh

Clark Hill Thorp Reed is seeking an entry-level to junior-level associate attorney for its Labor & Employment Practice Group in its Pittsburgh office.  All candidates must have a demonstrated interest in Labor and Employment law and be willing to work on a broad range of employment issues including discrimination and harassment disputes in state or federal court, as well as before the EEOC.  Candidates must be able to interact with clients directly on employment counseling matters.  Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and should possess a solid work ethic.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also required.  All candidates must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  Interested candidates should provide a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and writing sample to Jacki Herzog, Legal Recruiter, at jherzog@clarkhill.com.  Please include "Labor and Employment Associate" in the subject line of the submission email.  (Placements through external recruiters will not be considered at this time.)
