Ms. Berecek represents private and public employers in various aspects of labor and employment law. She defends public and private employers in employment litigation cases before federal and state courts and state and local administrative agencies. She also counsels management in all aspects of the employment relationship, including issues involving wage and hour compliance, family and medical leave, discrimination, harassment, traditional labor, employment agreements, employee handbooks, affirmative action and unemployment compensation.
