Mr. Ettelson practices in the areas of corporate and business law with an emphasis on equity and debt finance negotiation, business organization and counseling, and sale/lease negotiation for public and private entities and agreement preparation to land use and zoning issues.
Prior to obtaining his law degree, Mr. Ettelson spent several years serving in the United States Army.
