Mr. Ettelson practices in the areas of corporate and business law with an emphasis on equity and debt finance negotiation, business organization and counseling, and sale/lease negotiation for public and private entities and agreement preparation to land use and zoning issues.
Mr. Ettelson also served as a Township Commissioner for 12 years, and was Chairman of the Economic Development Committee and the Building and Planning Committee for a prominent Pennsylvania first-class Township. During that time, Mr. Ettelson developed policies, worked on several public-private partnership projects, led the Township's efforts to monetize certain public assets and secured Federal funding to support economic development initiatives.
Prior to obtaining his law degree, Mr. Ettelson spent several years serving as an officer in the United States Army and received the Department of Defense Joint Services Commendation Medal.
