Mr. Enick's practice primarily focuses on real estate finance, real estate and general corporate law. He represents financial institutions and owners in commercial real estate and business/corporate loan transactions. He has substantial experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting different types of commercial real estate financing and development transactions. Mr. Enick has been principal counsel on transactions involving a variety of property types and he has worked in the area of real estate loan restructuring and workouts.

  • Represented a bank with respect to a $27,000,000 real estate construction loan for a for-sale condominium development at a ski resort.

  • Representation of a regional developer in connection with the site development and the project development of a retail shopping center.
  • Site Acquisition and Development of an Assisted Living Facility. Representation of the developer and owner in connection with the acquisition, development and construction of a 115 bed assisted living facility including site acquisition, drafting and negotiating construction agreements and negotiating loan documents for the financing.
  • Site Acquisition and Development of a Newspaper Printing Facility. Representation of the newspaper owner in connection with the site acquisition, development and construction of a newspaper printing facility for a regional daily newspaper including site acquisition, use variance, drafting and negotiating the construction contracts and negotiating the equipment purchase contracts.
  • Site Acquisition for a residential Housing Development, Representation of the developer in connection with the acquisition of the land for a two phase housing development.
