Mr. Rodney is a partner with Thorp Reed & Armstrong, LLP’s General Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. He has a broad tax and corporate practice with a particular focus in the tax, technology, and venture capital area. Mr. Rodney has over 25 years experience representing an array of both companies and investors in sophisticated transactions. Mr. Rodney has represented many business owners, partnerships and other entities (including numerous investment funds), and individuals in multiple acquisitions and divestitures, private debt and equity financings, and restructurings, contract matters, tax-oriented transactions, franchise matters, and real estate acquisitions and financings.
