Mr. Girdwood is leader of the firm’s Commercial, Real Estate & Public Finance practice group. His primary areas of practice are corporate and commercial finance consisting of debt financing and secured transactions.
Mr. Girdwood has extensive experience in the structuring and documenting of various commercial finance transactions, including large syndicated loan transactions (both secured and unsecured) and multiple lender and single lender loan transactions involving both public and private entities.
