Mr. Cohen concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and business litigation and intellectual property litigation and licensing. His practice also includes related employment litigation and acting as general counsel for several ventures. Mr. Cohen has represented companies and individuals in the protection of their intellectual property rights and licenses, and has counseled businesses in developing proper intellectual property protection programs.
In 2004, Mr. Cohen was selected by American Lawyer Media as one of thirty lawyers under 40 on the "Fast Track" in Philadelphia. In 2009, Mr. Cohen was selected by Law and Politics as one of Pennsylvania’s "Super Lawyers" and in 2006 and 2007 was named a "Rising Star."
